Web Site Developer
The Site Developer is responsible for building and maintaining the front-end/UI for new and existing web sites. Works closely with project manager and designers to create site templates, builds sites, optimizes graphics for the web, tests and launches sites.
Qualifications
Experience with HTML, CSS, DHTML, XHTML and JavaScript.
- Ability to produce high quality, hand-coded Web pages from PSD or other input.
- Experience with Photoshop.
- Ability to work with user experience engineers as well as site developers and to follow-through with other team members.
- Excellent organizational skills, initiative, flexibility and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend technical specifications.
Job Description
Authoring HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Construction of web pages based on layouts provided by designers. Participate in the design of the web user interface. Testing of web applications with respect to the user interface. Receive on-site and off-site training in areas related to the development.
